Brushing is an essential part of your oral hygiene routine. You need to brush twice a day with a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste. -Set a reminder for yourself: Just set a twice-daily reminder on your phone that beeps every morning and night. You can also write “Don’t forget to brush” on a sticky note and then stick it to the bathroom mirror, or you can write it on the calendar you look at the most.

-Keep your toothbrush where you can see it: If you put your toothbrush in the bathroom cupboard or drawer, there is a high chance you’ll forget to brush because you can’t see it. If you keep your toothbrush in a holder by the sink, you might be reminded to brush each time you visit the restroom.

-Keep your toothbrush handy: Keeping your toothbrush in your backpack, briefcase or purse can remind you to brush your teeth because you’ll see it each time you sift through your bag. Just make sure to keep a toothbrush cover on it while it’s put away.
